Our Commitment
I am a part of the Northstar Senior Living team of people who are completely committed and even driven to make a difference in the lives of seniors and the community. I am committed to do my part, perform my important role, contribute however I can, to serve, help and care for others. As others join me in this commitment, we will make life better for an increasing number of Residents, Associates and Shareholders.
As an important member of this team, I won't look back, slow down, or be still. My resolve is strong, my values are firm, my companions are many, my goals are high and my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, divided or delayed. I won't give up or let up until I have made a meaningful difference in the lives of my Residents and my fellow Associates. I am undeterred by hard work and will not tolerate mediocrity. Life is a succession of experiences, and I will work to make each one progressively better for all those who share in mine.
Through my caring, sharing and service, I am committed to changing the world, one person at a time. I will not stop until the Northstar Senior Living banner is lifted and the message is clear that we are truly committed to "People... Wonderful People!"
